We are three sisters Nettie, Alayne and Lucy and between us we have over 100 years’ experience running our family business. Francis Iles was originally established in 1961 and we have two outlets in Rochester High Street, Kent specialising in Fine Art, Art Materials, Books, Yarn and Artisan Gifts. We continue to pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge, excellent advice and helpful customer service.
Our websites automatically capture some information about visitors when they browse through our website, for example when you contact us about our products and services, or if you register to receive one of our newsletters.

If you purchase a product from us online, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
